Everything Data

This watch records lots of your activity data. Some of the stats it includes are step counting for those all important 10,000 steps a day, distance travelled, workout time and your weekly activity distance for cycling, running and swimming. As this is a multisport watch, it shouldn’t surprise you that it can record workout data from a range of activities, these include:

  • indoor cycling on a Wahoo KICKR
  • outdoor cycling
  • running (treadmill & outdoor)
  • swim (pool & open water)
  • strength training
  • yoga

The ELEMNT Rival also supports customisation of activity profiles. By using the lap button you can easily switch between different sports without stopping the total workout tracking.

Speaking of buttons, the side buttons let you zoom in and out of data on the watch face to show you the data fields which are most important to you. The ELEMNT Rival is also fitted with optical heart rate technology which allows you to accurately display heart rate and active calorie data in real time. As the watch is fitted with GPS functionality it is also able to tell you your speed and distance travelled.

Other little bits of data which make this watch so good for the multi sport enthusiast is auto pausing tracking data when you are taking a well deserved break, manual and auto laps, audio prompts to give you encouragement and finish time to help you improve time and time again.

Stay in the loop

When you are out riding with your smartphone it can be annoying getting it out every time you get a call or a text. The Wahoo ELEMNT Rival watch lets you stay updated by showing you calls and texts as they come in with an on screen pop up. This feature can also be turned off if you want a more peaceful ride.
