How do they work?
When you purchase a gift voucher (or gift vouchers) we’ll email you your voucher codes. Then when you or the voucher recipient is buying something on chainreactioncycles.com, you enter the code into the field marked ‘e-voucher’ field in the online basket (vouchers are only valid for online shopping and can’t be used for an order made over the phone).
All CRC gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can only be used to buy in-stock goods on the CRC site – they can’t be exchanged for cash (see full list of Terms and Conditions below).
