The Zenium is the new road bike of the people

A carbon framed road bike for the people, the Zenium represents a pledge, a new deal to riders of all levels that the wealth of cycling advancem7ent is available to all.
On the criteriums, the large group rides, the smaller sportives, and in the weekend club runs, cyclists everywhere can cherish the hope that old standards of quality engineering across all bikes have not gone forever.
Starting at £999, the Zenium is a redistribution of cycling excellence. Its balanced geometry – neither too racy nor too relaxed – means its adaptable, versatile, and fun in both rural lands and industrial centres.

The base model is accompanied by Shimano’s Tiagra drivetrain, while cabling is tucked away with internal routing. The Japanese manufacturer’s reliable WH-RS170 CL wheels provide the spin and ensure the revolution continues.
A revisionist view of its aluminium forefather, which itself promised a high-level cycling experience for the masses, the 2019 project represents a great leap forward for the bike’s features.
The Vitus team applied their natural resources of expertise and imagination to achieve the lower price, while the bike features slender seat stays and a 27.2mm seat post putting riders in the perfect position to get to work.
This congress of improved comfort and handling make it perfect for commuting, crit racing, club riding, or taking on a sportive.
The benefits include the proven 12mm Bolt-Thru axle standard – front and rear – and flat-mount disc brakes with 160mm Shimano rotors.
A T700 HM-UD disc brake specific full carbon fork with carbon steerer, meanwhile, ensures a responsive, fast, and precise performance.

The Zenium CR and CRW

The second new deal available is the CR and CRW (the CRW is women specific) versions, which both feature centre-lock hubs and aluminium aero rims.
At £1399, the specs are considerably raised, with the bikes offering Shimano’s new and much lauded 105 groupset.
Both the CR and CRW are identical save for the shifters, and size of the bar, stem, and cranks for the female specific CRW.
An Ultegra spec version will also be released later in the year.
