In this Yoga for Cyclists sequence, yoga teacher and personal trainer Sandy LeBlanc takes you through a deep hip opening exercise, which are great for a day after a hard ride, helping to open up sore hips. After all, tightness in the quads leads to tightness in the hips, so this is a good sequence to integrate once a week or every two weeks to help loosen up those muscles and joints.
Former Olympic Athlete Ditte Kotzian takes you through a series of postures in this Yoga for Cyclists video that are designed to help stretch out all of the muscle groups that get really tight after long rides — legs, shoulders and the back.
Personal trainer Helder Gomes takes you through a series of foundational yoga poses to help restore the body after a long ride, but also learn some basic techniques for building the core and establishing good posture overall.
