British Eurosport will also cover the race alongside numerous international channels in Europe, north America and Asia.

The Snowdonia Slateman was launched in May 2011 and has since been acclaimed as one of the most exciting events on the triathlon calendar hosting 400 entrants in its first year. However 2012 sees the event doubling in size as 750 entries are up for grabs. Chain Reaction Cycles as Official Retail Partner still have free entries to give away ñ click here for more information.

Always Aim High Events director Tim Lloyd said: "We have signed a deal with Dream Team Television to televise the Slateman and Sandman triathlons to a worldwide audience, this is amazing news for us and for Snowdonia and Anglesey. What's even better is that the audience will be worldwide and we'll will be making a half hour show for each event. In addition we will be making a Welsh language version of the show to be screened on S4C."
