It doesn’t seem that long ago that Garmin released their all-singing and dancing high-end Edge 1000 cycling computer, and now they’ve released two new models at the other end of the scale, the £109.99 (SRP) Garmin Edge 20 and £139.99 (SRP) Garmin Edge 25 which are available from Chain Reaction Cycles now!
Aimed at riders who don’t want the extra bells and whistles (and price) of the more advanced models, Garmin appear to be aiming the Edge 20 and 25 at cyclists who record rides on their phone, who no longer want to end their ride with a flat battery or a surprise data usage bill at the end of the month.
They’re high quality hassle-free bike computers that benefit from Garmin’s years of cycle GPS expertise, and we can’t wait to get hold of one! They’ll be available from Chain Reaction Cycles at the end of August 2015.
Upgrades on the Garmin Edge 25 include ANT+ compatibility, allowing you to pair it with a heart rate monitor, cadence sensor and speed sensor for additional data. Bluetooth connectivity is also included for instant activity upload and Live Tracking features.
