Eligibility
The competition is open to entrants who take part in the CRC 2013 Events ticket giveaway. Employees of Chain Reaction Cycles, their representatives or their affiliates, and advisors and their immediate family members are not permitted to enter the competition. Entry implies acceptance of the rules. Chain Reaction Cycles can accept only those entries that are completed and submitted in the format designated below.
You must promptly notify Chain Reaction Cycles if you become aware of a potential breach of security, such as unauthorised disclosure or use of your password, username, or e-mail address. Chain Reaction Cycles reserves the right to disqualify any entry from the prize-draw if in its sole judgment the entrant has not complied with these terms and conditions.

Competition Period:
The competition will commence and close as stated on the competition page. Duplicate entries, copies and other mechanical reproduction of entries are not permitted. Proof of electronic submission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Chain Reaction Cycles may immediately terminate any account that it determines, in its sole discretion is transmitting or is otherwise connected with any "spam" or other unsolicited bulk e-mail. Entries that are completed or entered by means not in compliance with these rules will be disqualified and the Entrant will not be eligible for future participation in competitions with Chain Reaction Cycles.
Chain Reaction Cycles will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive entries due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries (c) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or other computer or communications related malfunctions or failures; (d) any contest disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Chain Reaction Cycles; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the prize-draw.
Winner Selection
The prize winner(s) shall be selected by Chain Reaction Cycles after the Competition Period. The winner(s) will be notified by e-mail within one week. The prize winner(s) will have two (days) from notification to respond to Chain Reaction Cycles. By entering the competition you consent to Chain Reaction Cycles passing on your details to any relevant third party for the purpose of contacting you directly in the event you're a winner.
If a selected winner or substitute winner is unreachable or ineligible, or fails to claim the prize, the winner or substitute winner will forfeit his or her prize and it will be awarded to a substitute winner. Prizes are not transferable, and no substitutions (including cash) will be given, except that Chain Reaction Cycles may substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any prize. The unclaimed prize remains the property of Chain Reaction Cycles. This process is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Non winners will not be notified.

General Release
By entering the competition you release Chain Reaction Cycles, relevant third parties, and each of their respective affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agencies from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the competition or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize (except as prohibited by law). Winners
By accepting any prize, entrants consent to the use of their name, address, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional and other purposes without further payment, except where prohibited by law. The winner may be required to participate in Chain Reaction Cycles' marketing and promotional activities. By entering into this competition you consent to participate in Chain Reaction’s marketing and promotional activities including providing a paragraph for the Chain Reaction Cycles blog and associated PR.
